What size should I order?

Are your shirts true to size?
Yes, most of our shirts are true to size unless otherwise noted in the product description.

How do I care for my shirt?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid ironing directly over the print.

Shipping

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on the way. The final delivery times are subject to the carrier's operations and holiday peak times which can sometimes experience unforeseen delays out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn and unwashed items. Please email customerservice@994one.com for any questions.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Currently there are no direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order on our website.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
